The Danebury
A cosy wood-panelled lounge filled with squishy sofas, artworks, magazines and vases of fresh flowers.
Tom Cannon, renowned jockey turned trainer, famously owned The Grosvenor and the Danebury Lounge's wood-panelled walls are engraved with images of winning horses from Stockbridge's racing past. Pick up a newspaper and sink into one of our sofas with a coffee, or relax in style while enjoying afternoon tea. Why not add a glass of English sparkling wine and enjoy a proper celebration?
Afternoon tea is available every day from 2.30pm–5pm.
We ask for bookings for afternoon tea to be made at least 48 hours in advance, with a 50% deposit payable to secure the reservation. Cream teas are available any time.
If you need to cancel an afternoon tea booking for any reason, we would be grateful for as much notice as possible. In the event of a no-show on the day, the remaining 50% of your deposit will be payable.
The Danebury can be transformed to hold a licensed civil ceremony.
